Return and Refund Policy
Non personalised items which are undamaged can be returned for a refund excluding postage within 14 days. Buyer is liable for return postage.
Items received damaged can be refunded excluding postage or replaced. Please advise of any damages within 48 hours of receipt.

All items will be painted and despatched within 14 days.
Items will be posted 1st class if order is under £20 and 2nd class signed for if order is over £20
